FAQ & Delivery
Everything about getting Meiju to your door — delivery areas, fees, packaging, and payments. Free Kuala Lumpur & Selangor delivery on orders over RM200.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor only. Delivery is a flat RM12, and free for orders over RM200 — roughly any three bottles.
More areas are on the way (Johor is next on our list). Message us on WhatsApp if you are outside the Klang Valley and we will let you know the moment we reach you.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are hand-packed and sent with a trusted local courier (Lalamove / Grab), typically arriving within 1–3 working days of payment. You will receive an order confirmation email right away, and a shipping notification when your bottles leave us.
Someone should be available to receive the parcel — these are glass bottles.
How are the bottles packed?
Every bottle travels in a bottle-safe box with protective inserts and fragile handling labels. Breakage is rare — but if anything arrives damaged, photograph it within 24 hours and contact us on WhatsApp. We will replace the bottle or refund you, per our Refund Policy.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. You must be 21 or older to purchase from Meiju, and identification may be checked on delivery. Please drink responsibly.
How do I track my order?
Your confirmation email contains an order number and a link to your order status page. You can check it any time — the page updates when your order is paid, packed, and shipped, with the courier tracking number once it is on the way.
How do I pay for my order?
Orders are currently placed via WhatsApp — checkout sends us your order details and we confirm payment with you directly (bank transfer or e-wallet). Online payment is coming soon.
