Refund & Returns Policy

1. Our Commitment
Every bottle of Meiju is inspected before dispatch. We take pride in the quality of our product and packaging. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:
- The product arrived damaged or broken
- You received the wrong item
- The product is defective (e.g. compromised seal)
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns for change of mind as our products are perishable consumables.
3. How to Request a Return
- Email hello@meiju.store within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- We will assess your request within 2 business days
- If approved, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank. You will be notified by email once the refund has been initiated.
5. Shipping Policy
- Delivery is currently available within Kuala Lumpur & Selangor only — more areas coming soon
- KL & Selangor delivery: RM 12 flat rate, free for orders over RM 200
- Orders dispatched within 1–2 business days
6. Age Verification
By placing an order, you confirm you are of legal drinking age in Malaysia (18 years or older). We reserve the right to cancel orders if this condition has not been met.
