Meiju sells alcoholic beverages. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from this website. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we have reasonable grounds to believe otherwise.
3. Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Slight variations in appearance may occur between batches — a natural characteristic of small-batch production.
4. Orders and Payment
An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at any time, including after confirmation, due to stock availability or suspected fraud. Full payment is required before dispatch.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Meiju and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Meiju shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
