The Story
Our first bottle, and still our truest. Original Meiju is the recipe we returned to again and again until nothing was left to remove.
Ripe sour plums, rock sugar, and a long cold rest. No heat, no additives — only the slow exchange of fruit and time. What emerges is amber-gold and quietly complex: sweet at first, then a bright line of sourness that keeps every sip refreshing.
This is the bottle we pour for friends who have never tried plum wine. It explains itself.
